Temp Talent is seeking experienced Receptionists and Administrators who are available for on-call temporary assignments across Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs.

The Role
As an on-call Receptionist, you'll step into busy offices and keep things running smoothly.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors with a professional, friendly approach
- Managing a busy switchboard and directing calls
- Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
- General administration, data entry and document preparation
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing support to office teams as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Reception, Front Desk or Administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning recent systems
- Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
- Availability to accept work at short notice is highly regarded
- Real Estate experience is advantageous but not essential
