BHP is seeking a Specialist Trainer Assessor Electrical to join the Rail Academy on a permanent full time basis. The role is FIFO with 5D2X, 4D3X or 8D6X rosters, and may allow Port Hedland housing for a 5D2X option.
You will lead training across Locomotive and Ore Car maintenance, balancing technical skill with professional judgement in a high-autonomy environment. Reporting to Rail Maintenance Training Supervisor, you will deliver and assess competency, create and update Training Packages, and
