The Opportunity

As our Gaming Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Gaming operations. This customer-focused role offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the Gaming floor. Through your friendly, skilled, and attentive approach, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment where every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of all Gaming service areas.
- Respond to patron enquiries and provide accurate information about Club facilities, promotions, and activities.
- Assist with taking orders and serving our patrons to support the smooth operation of the Gaming floor.
- Ensure compliance with all gaming legislation, Club policies, and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)



requirements.
- Build positive relationships with members and guests by providing qualified, friendly, and personalised service.
- Foster a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment through effective communication and a commitment to Canterbury's values.

About You

- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
