Working with JLL's current client in Melbourne as a Receptionist, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, employees, and visitors. This position ensures every interaction is seamless, welcoming, and professional, representing both JLL and our client with excellence.
You'll be at the heart of the workplace experience, managing everything from reception duties and meeting room coordination to vendor relationships and facility communications. At JLL,

An overview of the role: Provide high standards of service delivery face to face, via telephone, and email communication

Manage the facilities inbox/helpdesk, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Ensure client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered in a timely manner
Maintain the reception area, workplace common spaces, and meeting rooms to ensure they are tidy and free of hazards
