To help bring this vision to life, we're searching for an exceptional Head of Corporate Services to lead the strategic direction of our corporate services portfolio and ensure our organisation has the governance, financial stewardship and organisational capability to deliver on its ambitious goals. In this newly created role, as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Experience Gold Coast by driving enterprise performance, enabling sustainable growth, and leading the shared services functions that support both Experience Gold Coast and other controlled entities. What You’ll DoLead the strategic direction of Corporate Services Drive financial stewardship and organisational sustainability Strengthen governance, risk and compliance frameworks Lead a high-performing shared services model Partner with the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise strategy Build capability across Finance, Technology, Legal & Procurement and People & Culture Foster a culture of accountability,
