The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
Managing a diverse portfolio of SME clients across various industries Providing business advisory and tax solutions beyond traditional compliance Building trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders Reviewing financial statements,



tax returns and compliance engagements Identifying opportunities for tax planning and value-add advisory services Working closely with Partners on client strategies and business decisions Mentoring and supporting junior accountants within the team Contributing to the continued growth and success of the practice
About You

You will ideally have

5+ years' experience within Australian public practice accounting Solid Business Services and Tax experience Experience managing client relationships and portfolios CA/CPA qualified (preferred) or equivalent public practice experience Strong technical accounting knowledge Confident communication skills and a commercial mindset Experience mentoring junior team members Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with Partners and senior leaders
