Workwearhub is Australia's largest online workwear retailer, known for quality gear and fast, reliable service. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Outbound Coordinator to help lead our online fulfillment warehouse team in Burleigh Heads and keep our outbound operations running smoothly.

This is a full‑time position, 38 hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm Monday and 8:00 am‑4:00 pm Tuesday‑Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead and coordinate our outbound warehouse team, ensuring high‑volume orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, meeting delivery deadlines, and driving continuous improvement across our outbound processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and coordinate outbound warehouse staff, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance against productivity and accuracy targets
- Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch of all outbound orders, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and packaging
- Schedule and coordinate courier pickups, track shipments, and resolve outbound‑related issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to maximize speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure outbound work area




- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health & Safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents promptly

About You

- 2‑3 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fulfillment
- Experience in an e‑commerce or retail fulfillment environment preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and shipping platforms
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse items as required
- Reliable and punctual
