About the Role

You1ll support our fabricators and fit‑out technicians with day‑to‑day workshop tasks, including preparing materials, assisting with interior builds, and helping complete custom truck modification projects. This role suits someone whos comfortable with tools, organised, and keen to grow in a fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with truck interior fit‑outs including dash modifications, storage systems, trim work, and component installation
- Prepare materialsutting, measuring, shaping timber, aluminium, plastics, and upholstery components
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery (training provided)
- Support fabrication tasks such as drilling, grinding, sanding, clamping, and assembly
- Assist with electrical fit‑out preparation (routing cables, mounting components, prepping panels)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop




- Load/unload materials and assist with stock control
- Follow job sheets, fabrication plans, and quality standards
- General workshop duties as required

What Were Looking For

- Experience in fabrication, automotive fit‑outs, upholstery, or workshop environments (preferred)
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail—especially with interior finishing
- Willingness to learn specialised truck modification skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
