What you’ll do

- Assist with filming/photos on guided shot lists (deliveries, workshop, events).
- Help edit short clips: trims, captions, and story covers under review before publishing.
- Support event days: setup, guest flow, QR lead forms, and pack-down.
- Research local businesses, clubs, and event opportunities for the team pipeline.
- Organise media folders, filenames, and consent notes when customers appear on camera.
- Draft social captions and simple Canva tiles from templates (mentor approval before posting).
- Take notes in weekly marketing check-ins and complete assigned action items.

What we’re looking for

- Currently studying or recently completed marketing, media, communications, or events—or strong self-taught interest.
- Reliable attendance for agreed shifts; some weekend availability for events (scheduled ahead).
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback; skilled on-site behaviour.
- Basic comfort with phone/video capture and Google Drive.

Nice to have

- Personal automotive or lifestyle content you can share.
- Cap Cut, Premiere Rush, or similar editing experience.
- Melbourne local knowledge and event interest.
