About The Role
We’re looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit Kiewa team. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where no two days are the same.
- Provide great customer service and help customers with product and pricing enquiries
- Process sales through the register (POS)
- Support with store presentation and merchandising displays
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative and banking tasks
About You
- Experience in retail, customer service, admin, or a similar role
- Confidence using computers (e.g. MS Office, basic systems)
- A friendly, approachable style with a focus on helping customers
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, plus occasional Saturday
- Experience with stock control (nice to have, but not essential)
