Accounts Officer

1. month fixed term contract (with potential to become permanent)

The privately owned Y Group has interests in coffee, wine and hospitality. Owning brands such as FiOri, Nikola Estate and Woodcutters Restaurant the group is going through an exciting phase!

Set in one of the most picturesque locations in the Swan Valley, we are looking for a driven and upbeat Accounts Officer who brings energy, accountability, and a "can-do" mindset to everything they do.

What you'll be doing

- Managing Accounts Receivable end-to-end, including invoicing, allocations, and debtor follow-ups
- Performing regular bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
- Completing credit card reconciliations and expense processing




- Supporting month-end reporting and finance close activities
- Assisting with general ledger integrity and data accuracy
- Jumping in to support broader finance tasks as needed in a growing and evolving business
- Working closely with the team as we continue to improve systems and processes

What we're looking for

- A proactive, positive, and resilient approach to work
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - confident following up and holding conversations professionally
- Solid experience in AR and reconciliations
- High attention to detail, with pride in getting things right
- Someone who doesn't wait to be told - they take initiative
- Comfortable working in a business where things are improving and changing
- Experience with accounting systems (Xero, Pronto, or similar)
- Real chance for the role to become permanent after 12 months
