Ozland Mining Services are recruiting an experienced and safety-focused Mining Superintendent to lead our onsite Production Team, based in WA.

Your focus will be on providing strategic and operational management for the mining division, ensuring production targets and safety align with our Business Values and Goals.

About the Role:

- Attractive Salary Package on Offer (based on skills and experience)
- Roster: 8 days on and 6 days off (FIFO or DIDO)

- Location: Western Australia - Murchison Region

About You:

- Quarry Manager Certificate of Competency
- S26 - Statutory Supervisor's Qualification
- Proven experience in surface mining operations
- Ability to strategically plan,



manage and provide guidance to our Supervisory and Mining Teams
- Ability to drive cost initiatives and continuous improvement plans
- Robust stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Strong values, work ethics, and commitment to safety
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or similar
- Full working rights to work in Australia
- Able to provide a clean national police clearance
- Able to pass a full medical, including a lab drug and alcohol screen
