City Venue Management on the Gold Coast is seeking a Head Surf Coach to lead the Miami Aquatic Centre Surf Squad. You’ll coach athletes from junior lifesavers to elite competitors, designing training plans and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

This role is available as a casual or permanent part time position, involving coaching 4–5 mornings per week, attending events, and working closely with centre management, families and surf clubs.
