CRAFTY’S Sports Bar on the Gold Coast is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager/Bar Manager to lead a agile team and elevate guest experiences. You will support the Venue Manager and Head Chef, fostering a culture of energy, fun and excellence while driving service standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can train, develop and motivate staff, manage rosters and labour, and contribute to revenue-generating promotions. A current RSA and strong food/bar knowledge are essential.
