What you'll be doing

As a CA/SCA, you'll be a key member of the project team and involved in:

- Procurement and subcontract management
- Trade letting and tendering
- Variations and contract administration
- Cost forecasting and financial reporting
- Progress claims and cash flow management
- Managing procurement and EOT registers
- Assessing subcontractor claims and variations
- Building solid relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Supporting successful project delivery from start to finish

We'd love to meet you if you have

- Experience as a Contract Administrator, Senior Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A solid understanding of procurement and contract management
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, quantity surveying or a related field will be highly regarded.
