Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We are currently seeking a compassionate Administration Officer to join our team at Braemar Cooinda Aged Care Facility on a casual basis.

We are looking for someone who can help with short-term leave cover for 1 week in August, 3 weeks in September and possibly another week in October. We also have a regular 1-2 shifts per week available, including weekend reception cover and public holidays.

About the role

Reporting to our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support across the home, all the while providing our residents and their families with respectful and efficient customer service.

You will possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, have demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and to make meaningful connections with residents and their families.





What you’ll bring

Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following:

- Cert III or IV in Business Administration (or similar) or previous experience in similar role
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination, and
- full working rights in Australia.
