An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a welcoming, high-performing team. Managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of your portfolio, with anticipated growth to around 150-160 properties as the business continues to expand.

- Two experienced Property Management Assistants
- Dedicated Leasing Manager
- Collaborative and supportive Property Management team
- Reapit (Console/IRE) and Inspection Express systems

The Role
- Manage an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Manage arrears and provide exceptional customer service
About You
- Previous Residential Property Manager or Junior Property Manager experience is essential
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Confidence using property management software and technology
