About this opportunity

As the Community Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in growing Dovida’s presence within the local community while supporting prospective clients through their onboarding journey. This is a relationship-focused role where you will build and maintain referral networks, respond to service enquiries, and help connect individuals and families with personalised home care solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with referral providers and community stakeholders

- Research and pursue new referral opportunities to support business growth

- Deliver presentations, attend expos and represent Dovida within the community

- Maintain accurate records of referral activities, enquiries and client interactions

- Work closely with internal teams to support onboarding targets and growth objectives

About you

You are a proactive and relationship-driven professional who enjoys connecting with people and making a positive impact in the community. You thrive in a fast-paced environment,



take initiative and are passionate about helping clients access the support they need to live well at home.

You'll also have:

- Demonstrated experience in aged care, community services or a customer-facing role

- Robust networking, relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Strong administration, organisation and time management capabilities

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with a broader team

- Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home reforms will be highly regarded
