What you’ll do?

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our afternoon and evening operations within the SustainIT team. This role is responsible for overseeing End-of-Life (EOL) processing activities, including warehousing, data erasure, asset management, and technician workflows, ensuring customer equipment is processed securely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

- Leading and supervising evening EOL operations across warehouse,



processing and technical functions.
- Coordinating team workloads and ensuring customer deadlines and operational targets are achieved.
- Monitoring quality, productivity, and compliance across data erasure and asset processing activities.
- Supporting and developing team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Completing end-of-shift checks and securing the warehouse facility at close of business.

What you’ll bring?

- Previous experience leading or supervising teams within warehouse, logistics, asset management, deployment, refurbishment, or technology processing environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and drive team performance.
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational outcomes.

What else do you need to apply?

- Ability to work an afternoon/evening roster (1:00pm to 9:00pm) 5 days a week.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
