Searson Buck is seeking an experienced Weighbridge/transfer Operator to join our team on a temporary basis. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers the opportunity to manage waste transfer operations in a busy, regulated environment. The position is offered at $39.93 per hour.

Preferred Requirements

- Current valid driver's licence
- Proven experience operating weighbridge systems in a waste management or transfer station environment
- Ability to accurately record and process vehicle and waste data
- Solid attention to detail and compliance with safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual attendance across a Monday to Friday working week

Preferred Qualifications

- Formal training or certification in weighbridge operation
- Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services
- Familiarity with waste transfer station procedures and regulatory requirements
