Forney Enterprises is the world's largest processor and exporter of kava products, headquartered in Luganville, Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu.

A family-owned, vertically integrated manufacturing and export business supplying premium kava products to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific - this is a business with genuine global reach and an exciting growth story.

The Chance
This is a newly created executive leadership role, brought about by significant business transformation and growth. As CFO, you will be the senior financial leader across the group - responsible for both financial stewardship and finance transformation as the business enters its next stage of operational and commercial maturity.

Key Areas of Ownership
• Group financial management and multi-entity reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Cash flow, treasury, and banking relationships
• Financial controls, governance, and compliance
• Finance transformation and systems integration




• Commercial and operational finance leadership
• Finance team leadership and capability development

About You

- 10+ years in senior finance leadership - CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent
- CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified

• Multi-entity financial leadership experience
• Strong treasury, working capital, and banking relationship experience
• Hands-on finance transformation or systems integration track record
• Manufacturing, FMCG, export, or inventory-intensive background highly regarded
• Willing to relocate to Luganville, Vanuatu for an initial 12-month period

The Package
Salary is open to negotiation. Relocation assistance and a full executive package will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
