Head Office Based in Kwinana Beach with the option to alternatively work 2 / 3 days per week out of our West Perth Satellite Office

Fuel Distributors of WA (FDWA) is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Customer Sales Administrator & Marketing Support qualified to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, this dual-focused role will administrate sales reporting while supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and business growth.

The focus is on learning our systems and customer base, providing sales analyst support to Area Sales Managers with "what's happening in their patch" and having customer contact to support the team. We require someone with a passion and experience as both sales analyst and in a sales support role.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting both BDM Fuels & BDM Lubricants with critical and timely sales reports and developing trends

- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports (volumes, margins, Caltex lubricants, fuel cards).

- Create & use BI dashboard to develop reports and provide customer trend insights for the Sales Team

- Utilise Hubspot Customer Relations Management tool (CRM)





- Conduct customer reviews with the sales team by region

- Monitor competitor activity and Terminal gate pricing

- Reseller pricing changes at FDWA sites

- Support the sales team whilst they are in field with enquiries

- Manage customer database and fuel /AdBlue/Caltex lubricants equipment asset register

- Assist Sales Team with Supply & Equipment Agreements

- Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships

- Maintain and develop email data base for seasonal specials etc

✅ About You:

- Proven experience in sales data analytics, reporting, and supporting teams.

- Strong Excel and data skills.

- Ability to communicate with customers

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Creative thinker with ability to show initiative

- Current driver’s licence required.
