An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to join our high-performing team in MINI. Primary Responsibilities

As Business Manager (MINI), your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Presenting and arranging finance solutions for MINI customers.

- Offering and explaining all available insurance products and ancillary offerings.

- Working collaboratively with Sales Consultants, Head of Mini and the General Sales Manager to maximise customer outcomes, finance opportunities and overall dealership performance.

- Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with compliance requirements.

- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

In your additional capacity as Retention Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the BMW & MINI Finance customer retention portfolio.

- Proactively contacting customers approaching finance maturity.





- Conducting finance reviews and identifying opportunities to retain customers within BMW Financial Services, through eMaster and Service opportunities.

- Maintaining accurate CRM records and documenting all customer interactions.

- Building long-term customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.

- Working collaboratively with the Finance and Sales teams to maximise customer retention opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance in this role will be assessed against agreed dealership objectives, including but not limited to:

- Achievement of Finance Penetration targets.

- Insurance quoting and presentation compliance.

- Achievement of the BMW & MINI Finance customer retention target of 35%, measured through the dealership's approved reporting systems.

- Delivery of proactive retention activity in line with BMW & MINI Finance expectations.

- Compliance with all dealership policies, BMW Financial Services requirements and regulatory obligations.

- Maintenance of high customer satisfaction standards and professional conduct.
