Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and maintain SAP S/4HANA security authorisations and role-based access.
- Administer SAP GRC Access Control, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and remediation.
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including joiners, movers and leavers.
- Configure and support SAP BTP Identity Authentication Services (IAS), Identity Provisioning Services (IPS) and Cloud Identity Services (CIS).
- Design and improve identity governance, provisioning workflows and access review processes.
- Perform user access reviews, recertification activities and compliance reporting.
- Lead the resolution of complex SAP security and identity-related issues.
- Develop security standards, documentation, policies and best practices.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives and security investigations.
- Collaborate with architects, developers,



functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver secure enterprise solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the security function.

- SAP Security Architecture
- Technical leadership or mentoring experience
