The Opportunity You will take ownership of a specialist Property Development recruitment desk, partnering with leading developers, builders, project management consultancies and property organisations across Brisbane and Queensland.

You will have the opportunity to leverage existing relationships and live vacancies while continuing to grow the desk, develop new business and build your personal brand within the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and developing established client relationships
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Taking detailed job briefs and providing market advice
- Building strong candidate networks across Property Development and Construction
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Negotiating offers and delivering successful outcomes for clients and candidates
- Developing your LinkedIn presence and reputation within the market
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Brisbane office

About You We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated by building relationships and creating opportunities.

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or account management
- A genuine interest in Property, Development or Construction
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to engage with senior clients and candidates
- A curious, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- A target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving results
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- The ambition to progress into a senior or leadership position

Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded but not essential. We are also interested in speaking with high-performing sales, business development and account management professionals who know how to build relationships, generate opportunities and deliver an exceptional level of service.
