Cold Xpress Refrigerated Transport is a refrigerated transport and cold storage provider servicing customers across Victoria and interstate.

We're looking for a practical and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to help maintain our quality, food safety and compliance systems. Working closely with our warehouse, transport and management teams, you'll help ensure we continue to meet customer, industry and regulatory requirements while supporting ongoing improvements across the business.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our quality and food safety systems, coordinating audits, managing documentation, and helping ensure compliance across our transport and warehousing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining quality and food safety systems and documentation

- Supporting compliance with HACCP, PrimeSafe, DAFF export requirements and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

- Coordinating internal and external audits

- Managing corrective actions and follow-up activities

- Investigating customer complaints and quality issues

- Monitoring food safety and cold chain compliance





- Assisting with staff training and compliance initiatives

- Working with operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Compliance

- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

- The ability to work effectively with people across all areas of the business

Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, cold storage or food manufacturing will be highly regarded.
