You’ll bring:

- Lived experience of disability and a willingness to share your personal journey in a positive and meaningful way.

- A genuine passion for creating positive social change.
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Eligibility to obtain a valid Working with Children Check.
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport, with the ability to travel throughout metropolitan Melbourne (typically within 60km of the CBD).

What’s on Offer

- The opportunity to create meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
- Versatile casual work that aligns with Victorian school terms.
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
- A collaborative, values-driven team environment.
- The chance to use your lived experience to educate, empower and inspire future generations.
