We are currently working alongside one of the highest performing fire contractors within the NSW region who have been operating for 20+ years and are now looking to hire a dedicated Service Manager!

Alongside experienced Service Managers, highly experienced Fire Technicians and Service Coordinators are also encouraged to apply as training can be offered from day one if required!

Job responsibilities & experience needed:





- You’ll be required to oversee the daily operation of a high-performing department that consists of 10+ Technicians, a supervisor, dedicated coordinator, defects estimator and an admin team
- Liaise with high-profile clientele, oversee WIP and attend regular weekly/monthly client meetings
- Be involved in regular financial forecasting and budget meetings
- Assist in the growth and up-skilling of your field team
- Previous leadership experience within the fire industry is highly desired
- Must have strong people management skills
- Trade experience within the fire industry would be preferred but is not essential
