Are you an experienced finance professional looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in aged care InCasa Aged Care & Community Services is seeking a dedicated Support at Home Finance Officer to support the financial administration, compliance and reporting requirements of our growing Support at Home program.

About The Role:
- Manage and monitor participant budgets in line with Support at Home funding arrangements and approved care plans
- Support accurate processing of client contributions, service modifications, purchase orders and financial records
- Monitor budget performance and identify overspends, underspends and compliance risks
- Ensure financial documentation, approvals and records are maintained accurately and are audit-ready
- Work collaboratively with Finance, Care Partners and operational teams to support reporting and reconciliation processes
- Provide practical finance support to improve budget visibility, compliance and service delivery outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Support at Home funding and provider requirements through accurate budget, claims and financial record management.
- Contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing compliance of the Support at Home program

What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Finance, Accounting,
Bookkeeping or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, purchasing, accounts administration, reconciliation or financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify pricing, budget, consent and documentation discrepancies
- Ability to interpret funding rules, service categories and organisational finance procedures
- Experience using finance, client management, rostering or reporting systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet reporting deadlines
- Commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement and quality service delivery
