The Lil Hut Bakery is a bustling, local favorite in Arncliffe. We are known for our delicious baked goods, excellent vibes, and exceptional coffee. We are looking for an energetic and experienced Casual Barista to join our tight-knit crew and help us smash the daily rush.
What We Are Looking For
You are fast, friendly, and obsessed with making great coffee. You can handle a busy docket rail without breaking a sweat and always greet customers with a smile.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in dialling in grinders, texturing milk, and pouring consistent latte art.
- Clean, quick, and organized workflow.
- A friendly, reliable, and team-player attitude.
- Availability for early mornings and weekends and weekend nights.
