Ravenswood Gold is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metallurgical Technician (two positions available) to join our Processing team at the Ravenswood Gold Mine. Reporting to the Senior Metallurgist, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the processing plant by conducting metallurgical test work, sampling, analysis, and data collection.

About the role

- Collecting representative samples from designated sampling stations and live process streams throughout the processing plant.
- Conducting routine metallurgical test work, including gold recovery and cyanide leach testing.
- Supporting Metallurgists with plant surveys, sampling campaigns, process trials, and laboratory-scale test work.
- Calibrating, maintaining, and monitoring process control equipment, including pH, dissolved oxygen (DO) and cyanide meters, cyanide analysers, density gauges, belt weighers, and automatic samplers.
- Safely isolating radiation sources and calibrating density gauges in accordance with site procedures.
- Working closely with Maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment performance and reliability issues.
- Managing the end-to-end sample process, including labelling, receipting, inventory preparation, storage, and traceability.

- Previous experience in a mining, mineral processing, or laboratory environment (preferred).
- A strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- A willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the success of the Processing team.
