We are partnering with a beautiful, purpose‑built early learning service in Rochedale to find a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 3–4 age group. This full‑time role is suited to a Level 1 or Level 2 ECT who brings strong curriculum knowledge, confidence in documentation, and a genuine commitment to high‑quality early learning.

In this role, you will lead the 3–4 room with a focus on delivering engaging, play‑based programs, embedding EYLF and NQS into daily practice, and supporting children’s social, emotional and cognitive development. You will collaborate with a supportive team, build strong relationships with families, and work within a modern, well‑resourced centre designed to inspire both educators and children.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
NESA accreditation
Level 1 or Level 2 ECT classification
Experience leading a 3–4 room
Strong curriculum knowledge and confidence in documentation
Warm, professional communication
Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
