Position Overview
The IT Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the IT infrastructure of South Burnett CTC Inc. This position involves a combination of technical support, system management, and project implementation to ensure efficient operation of organisational technology systems.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of IT systems and be able to work collaboratively across departments to resolve technical issues, support new initiatives, and promote continuous improvement within the organisation.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will thrive in a energetic environment and will be dedicated to enhancing organisational efficiency through innovative IT solutions.
- Experience in Information Communication Technology or related discipline.
- Degree qualification or equivalent in Computer Systems/Software Development or similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerApps / Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
As part of this role, you'll be expected to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and demonstrate an exceptional customer service approach while addressing technical inquiries and requests.
Salary & Benefits
This position is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 5 with a starting salary of $53.43 per hour, plus access to not for profit salary packaging options to maximise your take-home pay.
