About the role

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll support a broad range of finance activities, including:

- Month-end journals, reconciliations and financial reporting

- Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting support

- General ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations

- Audit preparation and compliance support

- Analysis of business performance and financial trends

- Process improvement, automation and finance project support.

About you

You are an experienced Assistant Accountant who enjoys working with numbers but is equally curious about how a business operates. To be successful, you will have:

- Degree qualifications in Accounting, Commerce or Finance

- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Assistant Accountant or similar role

- Experience preparing journals, reconciliations and management reporting

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills





- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
