Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you will have demonstrated experience in administration processes along with partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve required outcomes. The role also has sole charge of managing in and out bound traffic through the site’s security gate house.
This role is for afternoon shift, from 2pm – 10pm five days a week.
The role requires:
- An absolute commitment to Workplace Health and Safety.
- Proven ability to manage compliance requirements for in and outbound traffic.
- Experience with data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel and outlook.
