With our Hub enrolments growing, we are now seeking further qualified educators to join our teams

The Hub Preschool & Early Education Academy at Broadmeadow is seeking fulltime and part-time Diploma educators to join our growing team.

Our amazing Broadmeadow Hub is a beautiful architecturally designed service that has rich learning spaces and an amazing team of educators ready to welcome you. Our service has three individual outdoor playscapes catering to our babies, toddlers and preschool programs.

Sandgate Hub is currently seeking a passionate Cert 111 to join our dedicated team.

Our Sandgate service is unique in its environments, creating adaptable shared spaces for grouping of mixed age groups. Our communal dining area and step-up kitchen provide an interactive area for all children to enjoy.

Our Waratah Hub is also seeking a Fulltime Cert 111 educator.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with children’s developmental needs.

- Observe, assess and document children’s learning and progress.

- Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships.

- Promote positive social interactions and guide behaviour constructively.

- Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating setting for all children.

- Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, children and families.

About You:

- You hold a Qualified Diploma or Certificate III Educator qualification.

- Current Working with Children Check.

- Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.

- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Confident in digital programming and documentation.

- A motivated, responsible, and team-oriented educator with a genuine passion for early learning.

- Previous experience in a long day care setting is desirable but not essential.

- Knowledge of relevant legislative policies, standards and requirements
