Job Description

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Canberra team, supporting Speechie clinicians and participants across the region.

In this role you will:

Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomesProvide 1:1 clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development to graduate and early career clinicians, alongside operational support. Manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home, school, and community settings. Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goalsSupporting team operations, referral allocation, and NDIS complianceWhat's in it for you?

Qualifications

Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaProven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising cliniciansStrong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseloadProactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideasExperience delivering high-quality services within the disability sectorWhy Join Us?
