Konx Construction Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Concreter/Labourer to join our growing team. We specialise in commercial and residential concrete works and are looking for someone who wants a long-term career, not just another job.
This role has genuine opportunities for advancement. We are looking for someone we can train and develop into leading and eventually running our concrete division.
About the Role
You will be involved in all aspects of concrete construction, including:
- Site preparation and set out
- Formwork and boxing
- Reinforcement placement
- Concrete pours and finishing
- Saw cutting and clean-up
- General labouring and site duties
You will also be expected to take ownership of your workload, with responsibility for setting up and pouring a minimum of 3 jobs per week.
We operate across the Perth metro area, from Alkimos down to Mandurah. Due to the nature of our scheduling, you will often be required to finish a job and travel directly to the next site to begin setting up for the following pour. Efficiency, time management, and the ability to keep projects moving is essential in this role.
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Previous experience in concreting or carpentry
- Ability to read plans and accurately set out jobs
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Consistent high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- We do not tolerate inconsistency in reliability or workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- White Card

- Experience in commercial concrete
