Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy, well-established hospitality venue. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys creating quality breakfasts and brunches, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Working independently, you'll take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring every dish is prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen. About the Role

- Full-time position (38 hours)
- Morning shifts from 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Weekend availability is essential
- Prepare and cook a classic café-style breakfast and brunch menu
- Manage breakfast service independently
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- 5+ years experience as a Breakfast Chef or Café Chef




- Chef or Commercial Cooking Certificate
- Confidence working independently during busy service periods
- Food costing menu design with change of seasons
- A passion for producing consistently high-quality food
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- A current Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
