The practice will provide all of the services you need to operate and consult, taking away much of the administrative burden that comes with running a private practice. You will be well supported by the the caring reception and management team and enjoy the comradery of working alongside a diverse array of practitioners. Monthly clinical meetings support your ongoing education and social events are held throughout the year to allow you the opportunity to get to know the team outside of a work environment.

GENERAL PRACTITIONERS – INTEGRATIVE / FUNCTIONAL / LIFESTYLE MEDICINE FOCUS

The demand now exists for an Integrative (Functional / Lifestyle Medicine) General Practitioner, seeking the opportunity to work independently, in a warm, boutique, private practice environment. Whether you are an experienced practitioner in this area, or have a keen interest you wish to explore further, we are here to support you. At this stage demand for Integrative GP’s is higher than the practice can meet and recent appointments are booking 2-6 months ahead. This is an interesting and complex area of medicine that caters to patients with chronic conditions who require extensive support.

Training is available through the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), Australian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA), Bio balance, Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and many other providers. Integrative Health Solutions is able to offer mentorship and practical training for those wishing to transition into this rewarding area of medicine. The right candidate would be looking for a minimum of 2 full days per week, with session times running from 8.00am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 7.00 pm. Saturdays are shared on a rotating roster amongst our practitioners, along with some evening duty dr sessions. This allows us to cover each others patients.
