HM Dental is seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist to join our growing team across our beautiful northern coastal practices.

This permanent part-time position initially includes Friday and Saturday morning sessions (8:00am–12:00pm), with the opportunity to add Wednesday sessions for the right candidate, either from commencement or as our patient base continues to grow.

About you

You are a warm, motivated clinician who enjoys educating patients, building trust and helping people achieve lifelong oral health.

You will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A genuine passion for preventative dentistry and patient education

- Confidence discussing treatment recommendations and encouraging long-term maintenance

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with our dentists and support team

- A commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience

Experience with teeth whitening, digital scanning, Invisalign support or other expanded clinical skills is welcomed but not essential.
