You'll manage your own portfolio from end to end, delivering exceptional service to both rental providers and renters while building long-term relationships.





Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties

- Conducting routine and final inspections

- Coordinating maintenance and repairs

- Managing leasing documentation and tenancy agreements

- Handling arrears and tenancy matters

- Building strong relationships with rental providers and renters

- Working closely with our administration team to deliver exceptional customer service
