An Southern TAS hospital requires a Registered Nurse/RN in Mental Health from 08/06/2026 to 08/09/2026.

The agency nurse will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person centered, recovery orientated and trauma informed care, in accordance with the National Standards for Mental Health Services, Agency policy, legal requirements and relevant skilled competencies, within the defined area of practice and will provide responsive community-based mental health care to consumers, which includes triage, comprehensive mental health assessments, assertive, short-term care coordination, safety planning, ongoing psychotherapeutic work using arrange of modalities and techniques, transfer of care / discharge planning, in collaboration with consumers, families and friends, within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT).
