We’re searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Esplanade!Undergoing extensive renovations, The Esplanade at Brighton is set to become South Australia’s flagship hospitality destination, a premium beachfront venue encompassing a high-quality bistro offering, accommodation, multiple bars, and state-of-the-art gaming facilities. Designed to deliver an elevated yet authentic pub experience, this venue will set a new benchmark for coastal hospitality in SA.
A rare opportunity to build your kitchen team in a high profile location! The successful candidate will be onboarded before reopening and will play a pivotal role in the planning, team building, operational setup, execution of the grand opening and beyond, helping to establish The Esplanade as the premier coastal destination in the state.

Inherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
