We seek a highly skilled candidate with 1-3 years of proven experience in Property Management and who holds an Agent Representative or a licensed Certificate.

Core Responsibilities:

- Daily management of property portfolio

- Handling rental payments and property maintenance

- Efficient management of bond claims and lodgements

- Conducting open home inspections & processing rental applications

- Drafting and preparing lease agreements

- Serving as the main point of contact for Rental Providers and Renters

- Conducting comprehensive property condition reports and routine inspections

- Updating online advertising and promotional content

- Lodging VCAT applications & representing proficiently at VCAT hearings
