Escape Smash Play Geelong is looking for an enthusiastic Game Host to join our team. You'll be the face of the venue, running axe throwing, smash rooms, and escape room sessions, and making sure every group has a great time.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming guests and running through safety briefings for axe throwing and smash rooms

- Supervising and hosting escape room sessions

- Front desk duties: bookings, check-ins, and general customer service

- Keeping the venue clean, safe, and ready for the next group

What we're looking for

- Someone reliable and available to work one shift per week, every Saturday

- Comfortable talking to groups and running sessions with energy

- Positive with people, calm under pressure, and happy on your feet for a shift





- Able to work autonomously and manage the venue solo during your shift

- First Aid Certificate required (we will facilitate this if you don't already have one)

- Escape room experience advantageous but not essential

- No experience necessary, full training provided

- Casual position

- Pay rate in line with the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award

- Saturday hours, plus fill-in shifts where required, with potential for more as the role grows

- South Geelong location
