Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a rewarding short term opportunity with a supportive team on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula?

We are seeking a friendly, organised and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our well established GP practice for an 8 week temporary contract, working 4 days per week across our two clinic locations.

From your very first day, you'll be supported by experienced GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and specialists who are passionate about delivering high quality, patient centred healthcare.

About the Role

In this temporary position, you will:

- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.





- Manage appointments and patient enquiries.

- Process payments and Medicare claims.

- Maintain accurate patient records using Best Practice (experience preferred).

- Provide administrative support to our clinical team.

- Work across our two Mornington Peninsula clinic locations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP or specialist practice.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

- Experience using Best Practice (highly regarded) or similar medical software.

- A positive, reliable and team focused attitude.

- Availability to work 4 days per week for the full 8 week contract, with an immediate start.
