We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Car Detailer to join our team at Automotive Detailing Solutions in Bohle, Townsville QLD. As a full time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality detailing services at our clients site in Brendale .
What you'll be doing
- Perform comprehensive car detailing services to the highest standards
- Use a range of specialised detailing equipment and products to achieve exceptional results
- Inspect vehicles and identify any issues or areas requiring additional attention
- Assist with Mobile services to off site clients where required
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Train and mentor any additional staff to ensure consistent quality
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience (3+ years) as a professional car detailer in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding detailing results and customer satisfaction
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of precision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
