We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent position on a 2:2 roster. This is an excellent chance for a motivated leader looking for long-term career stability with a respected industry leader.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading asbestos removal operations, supervising work crews, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements, and delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise licensed asbestos removal projects from start to completionLead, coach, and mentor asbestos removal teams.Ensure compliance with all relevant asbestos legislation, regulations, and company procedures.Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety inspections.Coordinate daily work activities, labour, and resources.Complete project documentation, permits, and compliance records.Liaise with clients, site representatives,



and internal stakeholders.Foster a strong safety culture and lead by example.
About YouMinimum of 5 years’ experience supervising licensed asbestos removal projects in mining, oil & gas, industrial maintenance, or shutdown environmentsCurrent Friable Asbestos Removal LicenceCurrent Non-Friable (Class B) Asbestos Removal LicenceStrong knowledge of asbestos legislation, WHS requirements, and industry best practicesMachine Operator tickets and experience
