Your new company

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Accounts & Administration Support Officer to join a busy office environment on a temporary basis. This role offers a mix of finance and administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and is happy to support the wider team where needed.

Your new role

- Processing timesheets and leave entries
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Allocating bank receipts and performing reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Invoice processing and data entry
- Processing EFT and BPAY payments
- Creditor and debtor account management
- General filing and document management
- Assisting contractors and visitors
- Maintaining kitchen and office amenities
- Coordinating catering and meeting room set-up
- Preparing refreshments for meetings




- Providing general office administration support as required

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping or finance support
- Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Comfortable assisting across both finance and office administration functions
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Available to commence immediately
